CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand that schedule changes are sometimes necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. Late Arrivals:I operate on a strict schedule to ensure every guest receives their full experience. I offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next client. If we must reschedule due to a late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the 50% fee.A credit card is required to secure all bookings. By finalizing your appointment, you agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my business!
